Jason Bryant, MSW, LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Jason Bryant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides outpatient counseling to adults, couples, and adolescents ages 12 and older. He has a special focus on supporting military Veterans and their families by addressing mental health needs within the community.

Jason specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporates client-centered, strengths-based approaches to help individuals and couples create meaningful and lasting change. He works collaboratively with clients to identify goals and develop practical strategies that support personal growth and healthier relationships.

Areas of focus include developing effective and safe coping skills, improving communication and conflict resolution, enhancing self-care, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and addressing relationship concerns such as infidelity, trust issues, co-parenting challenges, and intimacy or connection concerns.

Jason provides outpatient counseling services in Eau Claire.

Jason offers a reduced self-pay rate for uninsured military Veterans and active military personnel with a valid military ID: 5 sessions for $250 or 10 sessions for $500.

 

Jane Faacks, MS, LPC Board of Directors | Licensed Professional Counselor

Jane is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual and couples counseling to adolescents ages 16 and older and adults. She works with clients experiencing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges.

Jane is a Certified EMDR Therapist and a Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist. She integrates evidence-based approaches to support healing, emotional growth, and healthier relationships, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Jane provides outpatient counseling services in Eau Claire.

 

Rachael Hartle, LPC-IT LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR - IN TRAINING

Rachael is a Licensed Professional Counselor-in training who provides outpatient counseling to children ages 4 and older, adolescents, and families. She specializes in working with children experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns.

Rachael is passionate about being a strong advocate for her clients and creating a supportive environment that encourages growth beyond comfort zones. Her therapeutic focus includes building social skills, fostering healthy mindset changes, and empowering clients to become the best version of themselves.

Her preferred therapeutic approaches include play therapy, art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and positive psychology.

Rachael provides outpatient counseling services in Marshfield and serves as a lead therapist in day treatment programming. She also offers School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) services within the Marshfield School District (Madison Elementary School, Lincoln Elementary School, and Marshfield Middle School/Junior High).

 

JOE KLUETZ, MSW, APSW Advanced practice social worker

Joe is an Advanced Practice Social Worker who provides outpatient counseling for both children and adults.

Joe provides outpatient counseling in Eau Claire and serves as a lead therapist in day treatment programming. He also offers School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) services within the Eau Claire School District.

Kaitlin Peterson, MSW, APSW ADVANCED PRACTICE SOCIAL WORKER

Kaitlin is an Advanced Practice Social Worker who provides outpatient counseling for both children and adults. She has a particular focus on supporting elementary-aged children and also works with individuals experiencing adjustment challenges, trauma, ADHD, interpersonal conflicts, distress tolerance concerns, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating identity and relationship dynamics.

Kaitlin strives to create a safe, supportive, and affirming therapeutic environment where clients can process their experiences and work toward meaningful change. She utilizes evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Kaitlin emphasizes strengths-based practices, meeting clients where they are and helping them build upon existing skills and resilience to support growth, healing, and emotional well-being.

Kaitlin provides outpatient counseling in Eau Claire outpatient therapy in Eau Claire and serves as a lead therapist in day treatment programming. She also offers School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) services within the Chippewa Falls School District.

 

Mary Pierce, MS, LPC LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Mary is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides outpatient therapy for individuals and couples in Eau Claire. She specializes in supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, the impact of addictions and other compulsive behaviors, grief and loss, women’s issues, and caregivers and their families.

Mary is a Certified EMDR Therapist, integrating evidence-based techniques to help clients process trauma and foster lasting growth. Her approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on helping individuals and couples find balance, resilience, and meaningful change.

Beyond her counseling work, Mary is actively engaged in the community. She serves on the Eau Claire County Aging and Disability Resource Center Board, the Greater Wisconsin Area Aging Resources (GWAAR) Board, and is a member of the Chippewa Valley Family Caregivers Alliance.

Brita Spencer, MSW, LCSW LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

Brita is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, families, and individuals. She specializes in supporting clients with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, and other major life challenges.

Brita uses a client-centered approach and a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on sustainable, long-term results that promote continued growth and recovery. Her sessions may incorporate creative and interactive approaches, including art, sensory and somatic exercises, alongside evidence-based talk therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution- and strengths-focused methods.

Brita provides outpatient counseling in Eau Claire, statewide telehealth sessions, and School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) services.

Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request.

 

Dr. Tammy Stargardt, PhD, LPC Board of Directors | Licensed Professional Counselor

Tammy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual, couples and family therapy for children, adolescents/teens and adults.  She specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment issues and childhood disorders. Tammy is experienced with children and adolescents with behavioral issues or those who have experienced trauma and/or abuse.

Tammy provides outpatient counseling in Marshfield and serves as a lead therapist in day treatment programming. She also offers School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) services within the Marshfield School District.

Tammy is the Clinical Coordinator for all day treatment programming in the Eau Claire and Marshfield offices.

 

Susan Thomas, MSW, LCSW LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

Susan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides outpatient counseling. She specializes in adult mental and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and personality disorders. She also brings expertise in understanding the impact of trauma and addictions on mental health.

Susan’s approach is person-centered, focusing on helping individuals discover their own path to healing. She works collaboratively with clients to develop skills that support meeting their needs more effectively, enabling them to experience a more satisfying and meaningful life.

TIFFANIE WILSON, MSW, APSW Advanced practice social worker

Tiffanie is an Advanced Practice Social Worker providing compassionate outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, individuals, and families. She specializes in supporting clients through trauma, life transitions, grief, major illnesses, and suicidal ideation.

Her approach to therapy is client-centered and strength-based, integrating trauma-informed practices to empower clients in achieving their goals. Tiffanie skillfully utilizes evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and positive psychology. She prioritizes creating a safe space where clients lead their treatment, fostering meaningful, long-term growth and change.

Tiffanie offers outpatient counseling in Marshfield and serves as a lead therapist in day treatment programming. She also offers School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) services within the Marshfield School District (Grant Elementary School).
