Connecting You with the Right Support

Scheduling an appointment with one of our therapists is simple. You can contact the office nearest you to get started. Our Eau Claire office is staffed with two full-time administrative professionals who can help you identify the therapist best suited to your needs, assist with scheduling, and provide guidance about our satellite locations.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have, including those related to insurance coverage or billing, and we welcome the opportunity to help you take the first step toward support and care.

Billing & insurance

Understanding Your Coverage and Options

Marriage & Family Health Services bills insurance as a courtesy to our clients. We recommend checking with your insurance company or reviewing your policy booklet to confirm coverage for outpatient mental health services at our clinic. Any portion of charges not covered by insurance will be billed directly to you.

If you do not have insurance, you may choose to pay your bill after your session and may be eligible for a discount for full payment. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, though some HMO plans may not cover services at our facility. Our staff is happy to assist with any billing questions and guide you through your coverage options.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Respecting Your Time and Ours

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.

Cancellations made on the day of your appointment or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a $100 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely care to all our clients.
