Dr. Thomas E. Johnston, Ph.D. – Director
Tom is a member of the American Psychological Association as well as an approved Supervisor in the American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy and a registered nurse. He utilizes a family systems & solutions focused model and provides testing and evaluations. |

Dr. W. Bradley Goeltz, Psy.D.
Brad is a fully licensed doctoral-level clinical/developmental psychologist who has worked with people across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds, in residential, inpatient, day treatment, and outpatient settings. He possesses specialist experience in treatment, assessment, and consultation for children, adolescents, adults, and families who are impacted by neurodevelopmental conditions and/or severe behavior problems. His work with individuals, groups, and families utilizes empirically-derived treatment approaches that emphasize empathy, efficiency, and pragmatism. Brad serves the Eau Claire, Chippewa, and Ladysmith offices. |

Carey Chrouser, M.S., L.P.C.
Carey provides individual, group, and family therapy services for children, adolescents, and their families. She specializes in treating trauma and abuse victims. Carey provides day treatment services in Eau Claire and Marshfield. She provides outpatient services in the Eau Claire office. |

Patricia Dorn, L.P.C.
Patricia is a licensed professional counselor who has experience with individuals, groups and family therapy.
She will provide outpatient, day treatment and intensive in-home family therapy. Patricia will primarily
serve the Marshfield office. |

Craig Edwards, M.S., L.M.F.T.
Craig provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy. He serves children, adolescents,
and their families. He specializes in adolescent, family, and marital issues, anger management,
and gang related issues. He has extensive experience with multi cultural issues. Craig
serves the Eau Claire and Rice Lake offices. |

Jeni provides individual, group, and family therapy services for children, adolescents, and their families. She has extensive experience in working with adolescents with behavioral and emotional issues. Jeni serves the Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and Ladysmith offices. |

Margo provides individual, family, and marital therapy. She has extended experience working with troubled youth and their parents providing in-home family therapy. She provides services in Eau Claire and the surrounding area. |

Amy provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in childhood disorders, behavioral disorders, anxiety, and depression/mood disorders. Amy serves the Marshfield office. |

Dennice has extended experience with children and their parents. Her masters degree is in Marriage & Family Therapy. Dennice also facilitates our outpatient adolescent anger management program. She serves Mondovi, Durand, and Eau Claire. |

Steve Johnson, M.A., L.P.C.
Steve has extended experience with individuals, groups, and family therapy. He works with children, adolescents, and adults. Steve primarily serves the Marshfield office as a lead therapist in the Mikan Day Treatment Program. |

Ruth Pooler, L.M.F.T.
Ruth provides individual, group, couples, and family therapy with a systems approach. She is a licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist. She has extensive experience working with children and their families
who have suffered abuse and/or neglect. Ruth has worked with children who have been removed from their
home, their parents and foster parents. She has worked with children with behavioral and emotional issues
as well as their extended families.
Ruth will be providing group therapy in Ladysmith (MIKAN) on Mondays and most Fridays including one-to-ones
as needed. At this time she will provide outpatient only to group members and/or their families. |

Jennifer Schulz-Johnston, M.S., L.P.C.
Jennifer provides group, family, and individual therapy. She specializes in troubled children/teens, play therapy, mental health, and women’s issues. She provides in-home family therapy, day treatment services, and parent-child attachment therapy. Jennifer is certified in EMDR (a preferred treatment for abuse and trauma). She serves the Eau Claire office. |
